"On an exceedingly hot Sunday, the fan on our HVAC unit decided to stop spinning. Disastrous for a day well into the 90's with a real feel of 100+. When the service we usually use didn't respond to our message, we turned to yelp and found Fontain. Figured it was a long shot on Sunday, but gave it a shot. Low and behold not only did Anthony promptly return our call, but he had a tech on the way within 30 minutes. He also took the time to explain basic fees in a courteous manor prior to the tech arriving. So no surprises. The technician Michael arrived right on schedule, and within 15 minutes had everything diagnosed, and just happened to have the part we needed on him. Great! A couple more minutes of installation, a few jokes, some conversation and advice, and our unit was up and running again. Prompt service on a Sunday of all days. Personable and knowledgeable technician. Upfront regarding fees during our initial call. Anthony is running a tight ship. These gentleman have earned our business moving forward.
