Tony was an absolute lifesaver. We just moved into our new home that had a nest thermostat and within 2 days it was giving us errors that we could not solve. Our AC broke and called PSEG to come fix it. Their technician came out on two separate occasions but was unable to diagnose the issue. We called Tony to come out to take a look as a second opinion. Within about 30 minutes, he had the system up and running. His diagnosis of the issue was very thorough and his knowledge and experience definitely showed. His customer service is superb - he’s easy to talk.
